Florida CRE Group is a privately held real estate investment and property management firm with a rich history of three generations of builders and investors. Continuing the legacy of the founder Bechar Patel, who founded a multinational real estate company in Southeast Asia in 1926, his son Mukesh Patel played a pivotal role in expanding the business and diversifying it into various real estate types, including the construction of large malls, electronics industrial factories, and condominiums.

Leadership

Bhumit Patel

Bhumit is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in real estate, technology, and management. He oversees Florida CRE Group's acquisitions and property management businesses and leads the integration of all activities in the region.

Bhumit, who holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, has published a thesis on AI. He has also worked on a collaborative project for NATO countries with the US Department of Defense and subsequently gained proficiency in technology from S&P 500 companies and the Big Four. He has held management positions leading teams across multiple continents before becoming CEO of Florida CRE Group.

Under Bhumit's leadership, the company has consistently achieved triple-digit growth YoY over the past five years. With his leadership team, Bhumit sets the vision and strategy for the Americas Markets, focusing on innovation to serve clients better. He also mentors his son, niece, and nephew to continue growing Florida CRE Group for the fourth generation, while his wife serves as COO of the company.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and supporting various charitable causes, with a particular interest in fighting hunger.

Meghna Patel

Meghna Patel is a dynamic and accomplished professional who serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Florida CRE Group. With a proven track record in operations management and strategic leadership, Meghna plays a pivotal role in driving the company's success and ensuring seamless execution of its business strategies.

With her extensive experience in various leadership positions throughout her career, Meghna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to foster collaborative relationships have consistently delivered outstanding results for the organization. She ensures that the company continues to thrive in the ever-evolving real estate industry.

As the COO, Meghna oversees the day-to-day operations of Florida CRE Group, ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined processes. Meghna's strategic mindset allows her to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective business strategies that drive the company forward.

When not overseeing operations at Florida CRE Group, Meghna treasures quality time with loved ones, exploring the Florida coast, and embracing outdoor activities. Her dedication extends beyond work through active involvement in philanthropy, supporting various causes to make a positive community impact.
